چکیده

Bioinformatic analysis methods are an auxiliary tool in the preliminary stage of research into biocatalytic conversion proteins with predicted release biologically active peptides. However, there a number factors ignored current strategies for designing peptides, which prevents complete prediction their biological properties. This determines relevance objective, i.e. developing hybrid strategy bioinformatic modeling to study peptides milk protein. The new ranks key criteria based on high-performance algorithms proteomic database.

Biologically active peptides in milk proteins.

Bioactive peptides have been identified as digestion products of several food proteins. All the bioactive sequences are hidden in an inactive state inside the polypeptide chain of the larger protein. Milk proteins are a rich source of biologically active peptides such as exorphins (casomorphins), phosphopeptides and immunopeptides. Such peptides are released during intestinal digestion of casei...

Pheromones are chemical messages known to elicit changes in behavioral reactions that are followed by physiological alterations in conspecific receiver organisms. Pheromones comprise a wide range of compounds, of varied chemical nature, that range from small-molecule volatile compounds to high-molecular-weight, water-soluble, nonvolatile peptides and proteins. Although volatile pheromone molecu...

The renal handling of biologically active peptides.

With the use of the protease inhibitor from bovine organs--Trasylol-- as a model, we studied the pinocytic transport of peptides in the kidney. Rats were injected with the 125I-labeled peptide and killed at different times thereafter. Kidney homogenates were subfractionated by differential and sucrose gradient centrifugation. Radioactivity was measured in the fractions in order to study the tim...
